Blind people don't see in their dreams. I once asked it to my blind friend and he sagte that he only felt the emotions and things in his dreams but never saw anything. He was born blind.

Most researchers believe that people who are blind from birth oder who become blind in infancy do not see in their dreams. They do not retain visual imagery because it was never acquired in the first place. However, those blinded in childhood, adolescence, young adulthood, oder afterwards usually do see in their dreams. "They often retain visual imagery in their waking life and in their dreams," according to Drs Nancy Kerr of the Department of Psychology at Oglethorpe universität and G. William Domhoff of the Department of Psychology at the universität of California at Santa Cruz. Yes I believe they do especially if they once were able to see.
Most likely they can, and definitely if they could see previously. However, if they were born blind, they might have real objects in their dreams, but they would be Bilder of what they imagined the object looking like. They also probably dream in black and white.
How is a blind person supposed to see anything in their dreams if they couldn't see anything in real life? Dreams are Bilder of your thoughts, and as blind people can't see Bilder in real life, blind people couldn't see Bilder in their dreams. Poor people.
Okay, that was a crap explanation, but I think it was quite clear.
That could indeed be possible, if a blind person is told how, for example, trees look like. Then the person could get an image of a baum in his thoughts, and eventually in his dreams. This is an interesting subject, really.
I suppose that people who became blind during their life they have memories from Bilder so they can see their dreams.People who are blind since birth for this reason can't.

People who became blind after birth can see Bilder in their dreams. People who are born blind do not see any images, but have dreams equally vivid involving their other senses of sound, smell, touch and emotion. if their blindness began at birth, oder in early childhood, they dream without visual images. Instead, their dreams are full of sounds, emotional sensations and the sense of touch.
it depends if Du were born blind oder not. people who used to be able to see can see in their dreams because of they can remeber it from the past. I used to wonder that too my moms best friend paul is blind she asked him and i dont think that people who were born blind can see in dreams
