Is it true?

Ok today one boy, his name is Joe, he like was annoying me today again in a good way and well when I was passing out papers today in my science class, ok I gave papers to some kids who were sitting close to him and whenever I would give a paper to someone Joe was one 1, then he sagte 2 and so on and he smiled at me a couple of times and later he was just staring at me, he was sitting at his schreibtisch and he stared at me and I turned my head away and smiled and when I looked back to see if he is still staring at me...I'm starting to think that he likes me, and my dad says so to, so it is true oder not?...I hope it is =]
