How can Du be a dedicated Fan to a Fan club?

Du have to add stuff like if Du want to get a dedicated medal i the Zufällig spot Du have to add content like Bilder , Videos , Fragen ,forum topics,etc and if Du double your work you'll get a die-hard and then you'll get the last medal , and its Fanatic Medal :)
