Some Fragen i had....

So here were just some Zufällig Fragen i had after watching the series:
1. Do the Zeigen the witches true forms in the spin off manga? I see a lot of pictures of them for example charlotte but they never get shown in the Anime i was just wondering if they Zeigen their backgrounds in any of the other related media.
2. Did Homura have a family? This is something that was kinda of odd to me. She was 13 in a hospital and it never mentioned her parents oder family like it did the other's. I was curious if anyone knew about her family. It wasn't important to the plot just seemed weird it never mentioned family oder lack of.
3. I didn't quite understand Madoka's wish at the end she basically became a godess and everything so there wouldn't be anymore witches left but Homura was still fighting.
Sorry if this is to long oder these seem like dumb Fragen i was just curious.
