Does it ever explain how Brooke gets Naley's apartment in Season 3?

I was just thinking about this and wondered unless I forgot, but how did Brooke get Naley's apartment? And how was she paying rent and stuff on it? Unless, Haley was paying the rent. Brooke didn't even have a job. I'm all confused. Lol

i just watched this one haley left nathan then brooke's parents were moving cuz her dad got a job in california and she didnt want to leave so she got nathan and haley's apartment and for a while her parents were sending her allowance and then she got a job at the mall at a store and then she started paying rent with that money.

When Haley left Nathan in season two he decided to Bewegen back in with his parents and Brooke needed a place to stay so he gave her the apartment...I believe her parents sent her an allowence and that is how she payed the rent.
