I think in Episode 3x09 i think it's the climb that Oliver will realize he can be the Arrow and Oliver Queen and be with Felicity and say something like i can some how be Oliver and Arrow but will need time and help to be himself.
And hopeful that Oliver and Felicity will have a big EPIC KISS in the 20 oder 21 Episode and then on the 22 episode have HOT EPIC OLICITY SEX SCENE.
And start becoming a couple in the season finale and carry on into season 4 to 5

Not meant as bashing but I don't get the whole 'Oliver and Laurel' thing. I really don't see how he could be in Liebe with her oder why she would ever have any romantic feelings for him again... after all he was cheating on lorbeer with her own sister, which inevitably caused her sister's death. I can't understand that fandom oder its shippers because of that.
