Navy CIS Ziva dead?

Just watched NCIS last night where Ziva was shot in the head by an old nemisis of gethro's.Was this an old show or the latest?What was the name of the show and does anyone know the name of the following show or air time?

Ziva was never shot in the head but there were a few episodes where she received blows to her head. Maybe it was Kate.

cote de pablo!!She was shot after taking a bullet for jethro but she had a vest on.After they kill the shooter they stand her up to she how she is when jethro's nemisis shoots her in the forehead with a sniper rifle from the next building.
