At the end of tonights episode (5-7-13) What is Gibbs being accused of?

Just what that jerk, Parson's said, manipulating evidence and obstructed justice. I'm not sure what the obstructed justice part meant though. So, it seems we'll just have to wait to know Mehr Weiter Tuesday, hopefully.
