How old do Du think the characters are?.

I reckon Mike, Sully and Randall are in their late 20s, Celia's in her mid 20s, Rozz and Waternoose are in their 50s/60s and the 2 cleaners (I think they're cleaners) and Fungus are about 18-22. Only guessing, but I might be close.
