Tails real girlfriend is Cosmo the Seedrian; there's absolutely no doubting it.
Some people also think that his girlfriend is Cream; everyone has different linings and opinions.
Then there's the Sonic Fans who just create these weird and Zufällig couples such as Tails and Rouge oder Tails and Tikal.
Finally, there's the couples that I hat the most, the yoai couples. If Du don't know what yoai is, let me fill Du in. THE GAY COUPLES. e.g: Sonic and Tails oder Knuckles and Tails.
I'm going to have to say that Tails' true girl is Cosmo,but everyone has different opinions so it's now entirely up to Du to do some research, sum up the odds and find out which Sonic girl Du think is right for Tails. I'll add Du to my Fan Liste now and once Du think Du know who is right for Tails, let me know on my wall.
Well, if Du REALLY wanna know who is GF is.... Simply put he has no girlfriend at the moment. Talking the anime, Cosmo WAS his girlfriend but she died. D. E. A. D. So she's literally out of the picture, because Tails is the one who pushed the button and killed her. TT-TT Cream has never been Tails BF ever. Tails has had a thing for Fiona Fox, who broke his herz in the comics. He was also married to Mina mungo and had two kids, but I believe Sonic messed that future up. Simply put... Tails has no GF at this point in time. :P
Well its a matter of opinion but the most beliebt including gay couples in order of popularity are 1st tails and cosmo 2nd tails and cream 3rd tails and sonic is currently very beliebt but i highly doubt tails is homo 4th tails and amy which to me makes no sense but Hey its the internet 5th would be tails and tikal its kinda like the amy one its just weird but tails story of relationships are to my knowledge off the oben, nach oben of my head sorry if i forgot any 1 fiona fox 2 cosmo but shes dead.... maybe 3 mina moose in future but its definate made up 1 amy 2 cream 3 tikal 4rouge cream and amy are plausible but insgesamt his girlfriend will end up being mina moongose

Tails have been shipped with many girls.. XD Like Cosmo, Cream, Zooey. the girls are not really "official" with him. So.. I think he doesn't really have a girlfriend.. he just have a crush.
He has a crush on Cosmo, but after she died, he still has feelings for her and hopes the she comes back from the seed that Sonic brought back with him, but there is a theory that some people think that he is starting to have a crush on Cream.
