well i know some sihts that have only half of the serious in english but if Du really like this i think Du should just watch the Anime with the lines at the bottem to tell Du what they say because that is the easyest way, well for me anyway

Du can basically watch it on Du tube the English dub is only to ep 26 because they Lost the license when they were doing the Zeigen and the rest is in Japanese but if Du go on ebay i think they will have the dvds
