[FLASHBACK]

[We see a boy arrange some tools on the ground near a car up on blocks. He opens the hood, and we see a man, David, approach carrying a duffel bag.]

DAVID: Du got that thing running yet, buddy?

YOUNG HURLEY: Naw, but I got your tools all set.

DAVID: Let's see if we can get this thing started, okay?

YOUNG HURLEY: I thought we needed a new carburetor?

DAVID: Well, maybe we don't. Come on, slide behind the wheel. Let's feuer this up.

[They get in and he hands the keys to a reluctant Hurley.]

DAVID: What's the matter? Go ahead.

[Hurley closes his eyes and silently prays as he puts the key in...

Their dialogues in their break up scenes:

THE INCIDENT (Juliet & James)

JAMES: I need Du to tell me where all this is coming from. I mean, one minute, you're leading the great sub escape, And now you're on board with blowing up the damn island? I got a right to know why Du changed your mind.

JULIET: I changed my mind when I saw Du look at her. Don't. don't.

JAMES: I don't care who I looked at. I'm with you.

JULIET: And Du would stay with me forever if I let you, And that is why I will always Liebe you.

JAMES:Youdon't--...

He opened his eyes and immediately wished he hadn’t. The fierce yellow glare of the sun flooded his vision, stunning him. He blinked rapidly, his eyes quickly adjusting to the brightness. He squinted for a while at the sky, unable to think. Where was he?

His breath caught in his throat as he realized he wasn’t on the plane. He was lying on his back, outside, staring up at the sun. And his ears were ringing.

Without thinking, he sat up. A rush of blood to the head blurred his vision momentarily, but that wasn’t enough to block from his sight the carnage that he was surrounded by. He was...

"LOST" RETROSPECT: (2.09) "What Kate Did"

Kate Austen has to be one of the most divisive characters on the ABC series, "LOST". The character has generated some very extreme reactions from the show's fans. The latter have either loved her oder hated her. I had harbored a good deal of dislike toward Kate, myself for a long period. However, my dislike stemmed from the writers' handling of her character and a good number of the fans' attitude toward the mistakes and crimes she had committed. A good example of this attitude could be found in the general reaction to the Season Two episode called (2.09)...

I was 7 when I realized what I was capable of. The dreariness of standing alone in that room was blaring down on me. I searched my mind for a way to get out of this. This was a timeout. It was so humiliating. In games timeouts were supposed to be a break, a chance to catch your breath and relax, but how was this a break? I had to stand against the Wand alone and my legs were starting to feel rubbery. In my opinion this was cruel and unusual punishment, especially because every 5 Sekunden one of the kids in my classroom would "go to the bathroom". What they really were doing was peeking through...

"THE DECONSTRUCTION OF DR. JACK SHEPHARD"

I have a confession to make. I must be one of the few viewers of television’s "LOST" who does not dislike the series' lead character, Dr. Jack Shephard. Before anyone makes the assumption that he is a Favorit character of mine, let me make one thing clear. He is not. But for some strange reason, I do not dislike Jack.

For the past three oder four seasons, many "LOST" Fans have ranted consistently against Jack’s faults. Mind you, he is not the only flawed character in the series. In fact, most of the major charactes seemed to possess some very serious...

Aaron Littleton
On February 4, 2009, ”LOST” aired an episode called (5.04) ”The Little Prince”. In this episode, former fugitive Kate Austen discovered that that someone knows the secret of Aaron Littleton’s true parental lineage. When I first learned about this episode, I found myself wondering if the series would finally address the moral consequences of the Oceanic Six’s lie about Aaron. It did . . . on a very limited scale.

As everyone knows, Australian survivor, Claire Littleton had gegeben birth to an infant son named Aaron on the castaways’ 41st Tag on the island. While on the run from the...

TV TROPES AND MICHAEL DAWSON

While Lesen the TV TROPES site on Heroic BSOD for Live Action Fernsehen series, I read this passage about the Michael Dawson character from "LOST":

"Let's face it, Michael's death was the best thing that happened, because, well, his character wasn't all that useful, other than being an in-universe joke on why some people really shouldn't be parents.".

The Artikel earlier made this Kommentar about the fans' reaction to Michael:

"While we're on the subject of Lost, let's mention Michael who might be the show's punching bag as he goes through the entire series stuck...

I wrote this Artikel after viewing the Season Two episode, (2.09) "What Kate Did" some three years ago:

"LOST": A Tale of Two Fathers

Back in Season Two, "LOST" aired an episode called (2.09) "What Kate Did". The episode revealed the crime that led castaway Kate Austen (Evangeline Lilly) to being a fugitive for three years - she had murdered her father, Wayne Jensen (James Horan), and used his death to collect insurance for her mother, Diane (Beth Broderick). The episode also revealed Kate's reason for her act of murder. She had just learned that Wayne - a man she had presumed to be her stepfather...

In the past, I have complained about the willingness of some "LOST" Fans to make excuses oder dismiss some of Kate Austen’s Mehr serious mistakes and crimes. But after a Debatte on the "TELEVISION WITHOUT PITY" Forum about the character of James “Sawyer” Ford, I now realize that Kate was not the only beliebt character that Fans tend to defend. One other character has been defended just as much, oder perhaps even Mehr than Kate. And I am referring to one James “Sawyer” Ford.

I suppose it made sense that Sawyer’s profession happened to be a con artist. Several years following the deaths...

I'm not sure if this subject has really been touched on yet, but I would like to bring it up. I've noticed this for quite a long time now. It seems like there a lot characters in the Zeigen that have had/have problems with their dad. The Mehr and Mehr characters I realized had this in commmon, the Mehr interested I became. Here, in somewhat brief descriptions, are most of what I could think of.
- Jack: dad was an alcoholic, had family he didnt know about(Claire), dad died, sees dad on island
- Kate: blew up her real dad, dad abused her and her mother
- Locke: dad was never around, dad steals his...

I do apologise first of all, on the poor quality of this article, but it's my first soapbox article. I plan to do one of these after each episode until the finale, when I'll just write something huge.

Right, so it is the beggining of the end according the the trailers being shown to us, and with only a few episodes to go to the Season 3 finale, that would seem true.

This week we recieved the promised 'new female character who is pivotal to the plot, who is not a survivor, Other, part of DHARMA, oder flashback character' as Damon & Carlton sagte we would.

It seems an awful lot of things end up...

"JUGHEAD AND JULIET BURKE

It’s been eleven-and-a-half years since “LOST” went off the air and it still amazes me on how many of the series’ Fans irritate me. To this day, many people still blame Dr. Jack Shephard for the death of Dr. Juliet Burke in the Season Six premiere, (6.01-6.02) “LAX”.

The advert that made me started watching LOST...
The Tag was the 10th of August 2005. Lost Season 1 had started in Britain. I never knew I would be hooked to a TV Zeigen like this and I really didn't think about it!
Lets start of why I started to watch it. Everyone should be aware of the famous link for LOST. I saw it when flicking through the channels. I flicked over to Channel 4 and saw some people dancing around on a beach. I was and still am a major Lord Of The Rings Fan and when I saw Dominic Monaghan in the advert, I had to watch it. Many magazines had Artikel wrote how good it was but I never paid much attention to it. Soon as I knew...

Eventually, mother and daughter were finally able to reunite. But they were never able to enjoy their reunion, due to them both being killed Von Charles Widmore's hired thugs within a few days....
