Hello, this is IU’s agency LOEN. We would like to make an official response to the issue at hand with regards to the bonus track ‘Twenty-Three’ in IU’s mini-album [CHAT-SHIRE]. Last weekend after inquiring the producers about the issue at hand, we found that the producer used a voice sample that was in his possession through a Zurück purchase during the mixing stage.
However, we decided that it is unclear how the producer came to be in possession of the sample, and are currently checking how this voice sample came about after contacting Britney Spears’s agency.
We will attempt to clear this issue as soon as possible, and will let Du know what the results are very soon.
We are sorry that we worried Fans Von not being thorough in our album making process, and would like to thank and apologize Fans of Britney for discovering and bringing up an issue that we ourselves have missed.

Her mini-album “Chat-shire” was released on October 23 at 12 a.m. KST, and the MV for “Twenty-Three” was dropped at the same time. The album will be available in stores on October 27.
The video features IU traveling through a Wonderland-like world as she goes back and forth between just what kind of grown-up she wants to be, now that she’s 23 years old (in Korean reckoning).
