Who should i choose?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!

There are two guys i like but im not sure if they like me. one is tan, dark hair, older(by like 14 days), and has a little sister that i am Friends with. the other one is short, younger than me(by like a year), light brown hair, and has a little brother that is my friend too. They are both Friends with my brother. we hang out sometimes, but i dont know what to do. we wer all at the strand one Tag in the summer, and the tan one wanted to go in the water. the short one didnt want to go in the water and then i sagte i wanted to go in the water, and then he sagte he wanted to go. WHAT SHOULD I DO?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!
