Ok don't Du turn into a werewolf once your bitten Von one?
If so wouldn't lavender brown (if she survived greybacks attack) become a werewolf?

No because Fenrir Greyback licked her blood up where as if she was bitten, there would have been a bite mark. Du saw in the film that he kept bitting her so that would be another reason why she didn't turn into one.
