It takes an extra, conscience effort to keep her lips sealed over her teeth. Most likely, when her lips are closed, she's thinking about it. It's not that easy.

I had almost the same condition before. Though my parents forced me to get braces so it went away. However I do recall having to but conscious thought into keeping my mouth closed at that time, and frankly I'd rather have put thought into other things. So no bigmouth 11111, it's not a joking oder funny matter and it's hardly a deformity.

Speaking from experience, it is actually an effort to keep your lips together when your teeth and/or jaw don't line up properly. Especially when your doing multiple things at once and not concentrating on what your lips are doing.
