Gymnastics Frage

I need help with handstands

I need some tips to help me with handstands, I can do them for a very long time up againist the Wand but when I try to do them without the Wand I get scared and my arms buckle and I don't kick my legs up high oder hard enough.so anyone with any tips I would like to here them. :)

Before u do it make sure 2 stretch because tht helps alot. Practice it on a mat oder carpet oder gras, grass and having someone spot u helps 2. Keep practicing over and over and u will eventually get it. Make sure ur hands stay in the same place and it is controlled. Hope it helped

When Du do a handstand, make sure Du keep your arms and legs straight at all times. If Du fall, do what i told Du before and Du just roll out. Please stretch before Du do it also.
