Ginga Densetsu Weed Is Tesshin the same as Chibi?

I've been thinking is Tesshin the same dog as Chibi(in ginga nagareboshi Gin). Then Kurojaki should be the same as Elder? Perhaps you have seen lots of this kind of articles. But I want to know what do you think about this.

But the elder isn't Kurojaki! Look at the 'Answers'.

Chibi is kid/child in Japanese, Tesshin is Chibi full grown, but Kurojaki died in the burning Iga house, IDK who the elder is in Tesshin's family

The elder's name is Chourou. He's not related to Tesshin in any way. Vor mehr als einem Jahr
