Can anyone tell us anything about a record recently purchased from a boot fair? It is a 78,?

It has a white label apparently stuck over a black and yellow Brunswick label, on the white label is stamped "SAMPLE RECORD NOT FOR SALE" and typed in red and black "You Make Me Feel So Young" Frank Sinatra. the other side is stamped "SAMPLE RECORD NOT FOR SALE" and typed in red and black "How About You". One of the white labels has been nibbled Von slugs/snails so that Du can just see part of what appears to be the Brunswick Label with the song Titel written in crayon. Was this record ever released, I know these songs were released in the late 50's / 60's on the album "Songs For swinging Lovers" but that is all we know. We can not find this record in any listings as an individual recording, perhaps we are just not looking in the right places!!! Do Du know if it has any value?
