Is Foxy the one Singen in FNaF 1?

I was watching Jacksepticeye playing it and there was Singen so I looked it up. It sounded like Freddy to me, but it kind of sounded like Foxy too. It's like the weird happy Singen Du can hear sometimes. Who is the one singing?
