Steve plays and wins the Cirqus Voltaire pinball tournament. The play ends with Kendall introducing the cast to the audience.

Cat saves Steve and they both fight Voltaire with the help of their friends. Voltaire's true identity is revealed.

This is the longest act of the play. Steve tries to rescue Junior and Cat. Steve soon has to challenge Voltaire.

Steve and the gang meet the evil Voltaire and get trapped. Voltaire sings his song and goes offstage to meet the front row. He shows them his performance starring the gang's captured friends.

Steve tries to save Cat but she mysteriously disappears. The gang soon find Voltaire's circus at the fairgrounds and try to get inside.

Steve seeks Detective Squarepants' help on figuring out who stahl, stola the Travis family's baby and who tore up the arcade.
