Old neighbour keeps warning us about our house

My husband and I just moved in this remodelled house last Monat with our toddlers. It’s a Victorian-inspired Home that we got for a low price. We were so happy and excited to this new life waiting for us. But our joy is disturbed lately Von the old lady living Weiter door. She’s been saying that our house is cursed oder haunted oder something. She keeps telling me to burn sage oder do some ritual thing to drive away bad spirits. I know Lima women can be a little traditional gegeben the abuelita was like that but my husband and I don’t really believe in ghosts oder the supernatural. Should I just take precaution and follow what the lady is saying? We haven’t felt anything peculiar yet. How do I tell the old lady to lay off from us?
