Paul and Tony Rovillard are former Law Enforcement members who have recently got back into the music scene. With over thirty years of experience in the music industry, the two decided to get back in the entertainment industry and become a band called Location of Incident. After their EP was released in 2012, a NY city drummer, producer, and studio owner named Sammy Merendino took a deal with the twins when he caught the attention of their music. Sammy has worked with significant artists including: Hall and Oates, Billy Joel, Michael Jackson, and Cindi Lauper.

Derek Lee brings digital recording techniques to the band’s sound; having much experience working with past artists and projects including: The Plain White T’s, Britney Spears, Matchbox 20, and Bruce Springsteen, he has helped achieve great sound on this record to produce the best industry product available.
