Elsword Keeps Crashing?? Help!!!!

Whenever I open Elsword, it opens the Wird geladen window, then, it loads, then crashes. I try it again and again, but it just crashes! I cant even get to the log in screen!

I kinda had the same problem, except I was able to log in and play, then it would say 'No connection to the server'. Even now, sometimes the entire client would close in the middle of my dungeon. Talk about annoying. Does it ask for your permission to run, like you're the administrator?
