A Christmas Carol

In 1843, Ebenezer Scrooge (Jim Carrey), a bitter and miserly old moneylender at a London counting house holds everything that embodies the joys and spirit of Weihnachten in contempt, refusing to visit his cheerful nephew Fred (Colin Firth) at his Weihnachten abendessen party with his family, and forcing his underpaid employee Bob Cratchit (Gary Oldman) to beg to take the Tag off for his own family. Stromboli locks Pinocchio in the bird cage, Lady Tremaine forces Aschenputtel to become a maid, Medusa tells Penny to find the diamond, Sykes kidnaps Jenny, Gaston kills The Beast, Frollo calls Esmerelda a witch craft and Clayton kidnaps The Gorillas.
