Tiana chooses to work on her own, Cinderella is forced to work. Even in the movie as soon as Tiana fell asleep she got right back up. But Cinderella took her time getting up!

Cinderella is enslaved. Whilst she is hardworking and does her best to do her chores, she is forced into it and I'm sure it's not a choice she would have made under different circumstances. She obviously shows passion for work however, because she chooses to do up her mum's dress on top of her chores to reap the rewards of the ball.

Tiana, on the other hand, does it very much as a choice. She's best friends with Lottie, who's pretty much willing to throw money at Tiana, but she still chooses to earn her money through double shifts and catering Lottie's party rather than getting it all for nothing. She wants to get the satisfaction of having earned her restaurant. Even then, running a restaurant isn't an easy job and she obviously has some passion to want to take it up.

I'm not sure. See, I can't say what both would do after in Cinderella's case she became a princess, and in Tiana's she got the restaurant. Would they still work hard? Probably.
The one more reason I hesitate about this pick because Cinderella's attitude to her work was so positive, that I really doubt.. What if she loves working more than Tiana who did it just because of her dream. Dunno. Hard..

Cinderella, on one hand, works by force. She works hard to please her step family and was given time to rest. Tiana, on the other hand, works by choice. She made the decision to work double shifts in order to earn her own restaurant. She doesn't spend much time with her friends and often refers to herself as a hard worker throughout her movie.

Both hope that they will get satisfaction from their hard work. For Cinderella, she hopes things will get better because she kept wishing. For Tiana, she hopes she'll get her dream by believing, even though she was taught that wishing would only lead her part of the way. They both struggled through things that prevented their dreams to come true and were both heavily rewarded in the end.

This was hard but I went with Tiana because even though she barely got any sleep and was working two jobs, at the end of "Dig a Little Deeper." she says she needs to work even harder.

This is tough! Both are equally hardworking in different ways. While in their adult form, Tiana works harder than Cinderella (2 JOBS!), but Cinderella has been working for the majority of her life. My impression from PatF, is that while it appeared that Tiana liked to help out as a child, she still had a relatively happy childhood. After losing her father, Cinderella was immediately put to work.

When we meet up with their adult forms in their respective movies, I think Tiana has effectively closed the hardworking gap between them, so that if you were to take into account all of their work and average it out throughout the years of their lives, they'd come out fairly equal.

It was hard, but I vote out Cinderella by a smidge!
