He's annoying.

He's Annoying and I got really tired of the "Villian" caring around a pampered dog...I mean come on!

I know he's so..... and isn't the villian carrying a dog around a girl thing

Yes, this countdown is already done, actually it was: pick the least evil so I guess it isn't the same

There's just not one thing I like about him.

It doesn't help that even his own followers turn against him, even his pampered dog.

Shan-Yu has like no personality, all he wants to do is kill, kill, kill. At least Ratcliffe was good for some lolz. I swear if Jafar doesn't win I might be killin some people ;D

He's not very much special in my opinion, compared to the others...and his cause is somewhat weaker than most of the others too, there are plenty of villains who are much more fascinating. He kind of is a bit boring...compared to the others. The others are all very powerful villains in their story that advance their plots more than Ratcliffe, maybe except Gaston, but I like Gaston more because he provides a lot of comic relief.

just because i've recently seen all the others, and racism annoys the freakin' heck out of me.

at least some villians are at least funny
