I hear so many people complain about how modern Disney movies ridicule the older ones, but Enchanted is the only one that really rubs me the wrong way with this. I just feel like Giselle is such a disrespectful parody of the original DPs, plus I don't like the idea of a primarily live-action character being a part of the lineup.

She deliberately tried to kill a little girl just because she was jealous of her and wanted Peter all for her self, despite that he's a child and that would make Tink a pedophile if you wanna get technical. Besides, having one Disney Princess that does acts that are so vile and despicable that they are something a villainess would do with Merida. We don't need two of those by adding Tinkerbell!

But I also don't want Giselle, Elsa, Anna, or Moana in the lineup, because all of these females are attached to the new Disney tagline: let's make a mockery of what a DP is/isn't, and "I am not a princess!"
