Merida isn't here, so either Rapunzel, Belle or Cinderella. None of them are really that used to being royalty anyway.

She lives as ordinary girl for 18 years and still happy. Jasmine is just bored with her royal life. I'm sure when she lose her royalty, she won't live happily. Couldn't wear beautiful outfits or jewelries.... Besides, she can't live outside the palace. Her hand is almost cut! Too naive and simple. Maybe next is Aurora, since she lives as a peasant girl too for 16 years.

Merida, but since she's not here, Jasmine.

In her movie, she wasn't after a prince or being royalty. She was perfectly happy. And it didn't look like that she was all happy because her parents were king and queen, I think she was happy because she had her real parents. Flynn on the other hand might be a different story..

I actually think the correct answer would obviously be Merida but seeing as she's missing I went with Jasmine. Pocahontas and Ariel may also be interested in losing their titles.
