Once upon a time, there was a man who had a lovely and beautiful lady as his wife. They had one daughter only and her name was Cinderella, who was very dutiful to her parents. But while she was still very young, her mamma died, to the grief of her husband and daughter. After a time, the little girl’s papa married another lady. This lady was evil and haughty, and had two ugly grown-up daughters as disagreeable as herself; so the poor girl found everything at Home changed for the worse.

But she bore all her troubles with patience and grace, not even complaining to her father, and, in spite...

Aladdin: So here we were, early 1990's, and the Disney Renaissance was at its peek. The studios had produced two of the highest grossing animated films of all time and still were pushing on. However the team suffered a tragic loss with the death of lyricist Howard Ashman who surprisingly had had a large amount of creative input on the Zurück two films. (He named Ariel) It was even his idea to make the Weiter Disney animated feature, Aladdin released on November 25, 1992. However, much to the disappointment of many, this would be the last picture to showcase a royal fairytale princess for the...

Early concept art of Belle and the Beast
Early concept art of Belle and the Beast

Beauty and the Beast; often considered the anderthalbliterflasche, magnum opus of the Walt Disney company was released on November 13, 1991. As most people know, it is the only traditionally animated film to datum to have garnered an Oscar nomination for Best Picture. This may have been due to the approach to this film. It was so unusual for an animated film; having a screen writer, Schauspielen director, flawless score, elements that were typically reserved for high-budget live-action films. So much care and detail was put into this film that entire Bücher could be written about...

Hello, I'm PrueFever, a 32 years old guy from Denmark and a Major Disney Fan! My all-time Favorit Disney Movie is The Little Mermaid, Walt Disney's 28th full-lenght animated classic from 1989. I just Liebe all the characters in the movie, the songs, the score and the animation. I grew up with Mermaid, it was the first Disney Movie I saw, so there's definitely nostalgic reasons as well, I'm not gonna deny that! I can always watch the movie and my mood goes up 100%! It never fails to amaze me. Also, the voice actors in this movie is spetacular! Jodi Benson is great as Ariel and even greater as...

I think having Friends in life gives it a great lift, makes it living worthwhile as much as Liebe does. Without friendship, life would have been such a drag. They are the best form of relationship adding so much in our lives - fun, comfort, support and even the bitter truth for our better future. I Liebe the kind of confidence Friends brings in me and make me strong to do and be what and who I want to be.

So, as much as Disney princess Filme are about Liebe stories and happily ever afters, I Liebe the strong underflow of friendship that is always there in each of the movies. I Liebe seeing the...

I loved my childhood, it was fun and crazy and there were no responsibilities but to study and to play. Sometimes i wish i could de-grow sometimes, if there's a word like that in any dictionary and be a child again. I Liebe being an adult too - freedom to make my own decisions, doing things the way i wanted and of course spending my own hard-earned money (haha). But i loved my childhood even more, the best part was not having any complex emotions to resolve.

I was just going over my photographs with my brother and we laughed and laughed till our ribs cracked coz we were looking absolutely ridiculous!...

Keeping along with my Halloween/Autumn-themed articles, I wanted to make a "DP Favorit Scary Movie" post! I Liebe to binge watch scary Filme in the Monat of October; I suppose it's my way of celebrating the Halloween holiday since I don't do trick-or-treating oder anything like that. I have heard plenty of complaints about children being on this site so for that reason I will only be providing films with a rating of "PG" oder "PG-13" so that it is all content-friendly. (I even provided the rankings for each film along with the Jahr since there was no "PG-13" rating pre 1984 [coincidentally!].)...

So yesterday I wrote about my Favorit songs, today I'll write about the 10 best scenes, originally I was planning on only doing a oben, nach oben 5, but I felt that it was too little so I decided to do a oben, nach oben 10 list, like with the songs I Liebe all the scenes in the movie so placing them wasn't so easy, but I hope you'll like this Artikel anyway

10. The Funeral Scene

This scene is so sad yet so beautifully animated and I couldn't resist putting this one on here since I Lost my grandmother just a few days ago, but even before that this has been one of the most beautiful scenes in the movie aswell as...

Hi everyone! I recently learned about the Bechdel Test from a friend and have been wanting to write this Artikel ever since. This test is, at its core, an analysis of how women are portrayed in beliebt culture. It reveals how much women tend to revolve around men in films, books, etc. To pass the test, a film (or any other work of fiction) must meet three requirements: the film must (1) have at least two named female characters (2) who talk to each other (3) about something other than a man. It seems so simple, right? Unfortunately a surprising number of films fail in at least one of these...

11. Prince
The Prince from Snow White comes in last place, can't say I'm stunned. At that time, Disney animators haven't mastered drawing male characters yet so I'm guessing what's underneath isn't HD quality either. He's also quite feminine looking, petite frame with soft edges. No worries though, Snow White loves his man for his huuuuuuuge herz :)

10. Charming
Nope, still not quite there with drawing men. Charming...
