I would say Blink because I LOVED that episode, but he wasn't in it much so I would go with doomsday-he had AMAZING Schauspielen in it and it was soooo sad!
Very few to choose from actually. The Schreiben was rather bad during his tenure. The best stories in the Doctor Who canon belong to the Tom Baker era. I guess I would go with "Blink". Although it still wouldn't be in my oben, nach oben 30 Who stories.
