In my opinion, Liebe does exist between Chuck and Blair, it also exists between Dan and Blair. It's just different, VERY different. I’m glad the season is ending the way it is. Dan being fed-up and going to Rome, Blair finding closure with Chuck. And I know that this may sound terrible, but I feel that the Mehr heart-broken Blair is over Dan leaving for Rome, the better. First of all, I think Dan leaving might make Blair realize how deeply she actually cares for him, and I think this season finale is the perfect set up for a Dan and Blair reunion is season six.

I think the speculation is that Bart bass is alive. Blair is the one to find out and can't tell anyone but Chuck. Dan is uncomfortable with their spending time together as a result of this new development.
