Bamon on the TVD show would never be or make sense. The way that Bonnie and Damon is acted on the TV show it would be soo mnay kind of gross and weird if they ever have any type of romantic relationship. I haven't read tehe books so I don't know about the books.On the TV show though, Bonnie and Damon tolerates each other because of Elena and the evil they have to fight and that's it.
Yes DE have a better vibe,chemistry and passion potential than SE ever had/has.

^ I agree, it would never make sense in the show. The vibe they give off doesn't come across as sexual tension to me, it just comes across as begrudging tolerance of the other's existence. The writers would have to do a whole lot of character regression to even make it relatively feasible for them to like, let alone actually have feelings for each other
