Twitard. What is it?

According to die-hard antis (not me), there are 3 forms of Twilight fans:

1. 'Twilighter':
A sane, reasonable, mature Fan of Twilight who respects others' opinions and who tends not to get into arguments oder fuss about something unimportant. Simply, a person who enjoys the Twilight Bücher and movies.

2. 'Twi-hard':
A die-hard Twilighter, a bit Mehr explosive and fangirl-ish, very fussy about Favorit characters and pairings, tends to argue with antis.

3. 'Twitard':
A fanatic of Twilight who has nothing better to do than to fight over opinions and insult antis. Twilight is their drug and they are high on it.

Twitard is an insulting term to call a very obsessive Twilight fan.
Twihards and -lighters are not so obsessive and can be reasoned with,
Its not acceptable, I know people who are actually retarded, its extremely insulting to them.

I find that Frage "Do Du have to be medically retarded and like Twilight at the same time?" to be insulting to the intelligence of retared people.

But seriously? No. Du just need to be obsessive and under 13, not know how to spell oder type, and wet your pants if Du see a guy that looks like Robert Pattinson oder Tayor Launter on the street.

A twitard is a mean form of Twi-Hard and Retard together.

Originally Twitard was a term that meant "Twilight retard" and was applied to the crazy Fans wHoO TyIpDe LyKe DiSs/had no reason for liking Twilight other than "Edwerd nd Jaceb iz hott!!11"/insulted people for not liking Twilight. At least, from what I've seen and understood. It was different than Twihard (a die-hard fan) and Twilighter (just a fan).

Now that's not the same and the negative connotation isn't as strong (again, from what I've seen). I personally still find the term offensive (and I'd be offended if I was a Twifan and someone called me that) and I know many Twifans that do as well.

I think the criteria to be called a Twitard now is be a die-hard fan. The crazy Fans are still called Twitards, though . . .
