Disney-Klassiker Ursula's Contract (Hidden Message oder Gibberish?)

Hey Fellow Disney Fans!

So out of idle curiosity I wanted to find out exactly what Ursula's contract stated. So frame-by-frame I was able to reconstruct the entire contract and strangely enough...this is what I found.

Aside from the obvious Mickey Mouse image, the middle half appears to be gibberish. I know it's not IPA but it could be like MadGab or it could like those word games where you replace one letter for another. Anyone got any ideas?

I have no idea! It might be an inside joke of the animators. I've wondered about it, too, but I haven't actually seen the letters on the page. If you figure it out, let us know! :)

Gibberish; it's probably an inside joke from the animators.
