Roughly how much have Du spent on other people's Weihnachten presents?

WHAAAT? Most of the world is in recession, though that may oder may not our cheer and giving. So~ do we compete here to see who has spent Mehr and loves people Mehr oder buys for Mehr people which can cost Mehr oder to see who is wiser with money and does better making it stretch: Frugality vs. Greed.

As an adult, and from a rather prosperious upbringing- I would not be comfortable discussing this no matter how much I spent giving... oder how little I had to speak in my personal monetary means in gifts. (And Weihnachten to me is about more-giving in other ways, too).

I think this Frage is in poor taste.

This Jahr not so much:
1. I don't have that much $.
2. I buy for the kids not many adults. Fewer kids this year.
3. I buy gifts for those who are local - postage these days cost Mehr than the gift.
