If there is no club for somthing ur a Fan of, can Du create your own? If so how?

i have made two spots. go to the Fanpop Home page, scroll down the page till Du see 'browse clubs' on the right almost to the bottom, and right on the box that says'browse clubs', it says +create new club. click on that
