I have Adobe Photoshop CS5, but it's kinda similar, if Du don't find something, just ask me. :) I took a Zufällig video with Chair with this site : link . Now it's time for Du to make some screencaps, I'm using KMPlayer, Du can do the Auszeichnungen using the CTRL + G from keyboard.
Once Du finished with the screencaps, Du can Bewegen in Photoshop. I have Photoshop Portable and it seems the only way to make gifs in it is Von open every screencap...
