1. Gulliver's Travels from 1939 made Von the Max Fleischer studio. Based on the novel Von Jonathan Swift, this film is my oben, nach oben Favorit out of the two films the Fleischer brothers had ever made
2. Bambi from 1942 made Von the Walt Disney Studio and based on the book Von Felix Salten. Now I had wanted to read the original book the movie is based on, so I'd ordered it online.
3. Cinderella. I know fairy-tales are part of literature and Charles Perrault's story of Cinderella is one of my Favorit fairy-tales; it's another Favorit literary film from Disney
4. Alice in Wonderland from 1951 from Disney. It was hard to choose between the Disney version, the 1972 and the 1999 (both in live action) adaptation of Lewis Carroll's bizarre Fantasy story...but I Liebe Disney's version
5. Peter Pan - Disney's version of J.M. Barrie's story from 1953
6. The Snow Queen oder in Russian Snezhnaya koroleva. This film was made in 1957 in Russia's Soyuzmultfilm Studios and it's based on one of my Favorit Hans Christian Andersen fairy-tale.
7. Sleeping Beauty - my oben, nach oben Favorit Disney film based on the fairy tale Von Charles Perrault
8. The Sword in the Stone from 1963 made Von Disney; based on the first book in T.H. White's The Once and Future King series
9. Havoc in Heaven oder in Chinese Dà nào tiān gōng. Made in 1965 Von China's Shanghai Animation Film Studio and based on Wu Cheng'en's Journey to the West
10. The Jungle Book made Von Disney in 1967. I know it's not like the original Kipling story but it's my Favorit adaptation
11. The Wonderful World of Puss 'n Boots made in Japan in 1969, based on the fairy-tale Von Charles Perrault
12. The Phantom Tollbooth - Chuck Jones' adaptation on Norton Juster's book with live-action in the beginning and ending
13. Charlotte's Web - Hanna/Barbera's adaptation of E.B. White's book made in 1973
14. The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh - a Disney "package-feature" based on the wonderful "Pooh" stories Von A.A. Milne
15. Watership Down, a 1978 film featuring two of my Favorit British actors - John Hurt (Hazel) and Richard Briers (Fiver)
16. The Secret of NIMH - Don Bluth's adaptation of Robert C. O'Brien's "Mrs. Frisby and the Rats of NIMH"... I thought the film is awesome!
17. The Last Unicorn - Rankin/Bass' adaptation of Peter S. Beagle's Fantasy novel
