I don't think Orihime "really" fell in Liebe with Ulquiorra. But they connection brought out a woman in her. She became mature and assertive, she stood for what she believed in. For a moment their hearts connected and they in a way understood each other. If Ulquiorra lived, she would've most likely fell in Liebe with him. He was a strong male presence in her life that got rid of her inhibitions and dependency.
