Between Underrated and neither, from what I see she doesn't even get much attention from fans, especially not compared to Gogo, Hiro and Baymax... She did as much as Gogo, Fred and Wasabi, I don't really see how anyone could think that she did nothing, but the rest of them somehow did a lot more?
