I like how the first banner has all the main characters on it but the second banner is also very pretty :) Either way I'll be happy if it gets changed, I don't like the banner we have now.
The icons ok, I wouldn't care either way if it change or if it stayed the way it is now. (Though the icon suggested does seem more intense than the one we have up) :)
