What did Du think about the ending? Sad?

i cried like a crazy person--one of the saddest endings i've seen in a looong time :/

The ending of the Anime was really sad, yet I was happy for Menma's Friends being able to make amends in the end. I do hope for an alternate ending though, where Menma is alive and well.

i think that the ending is excellent thought :)

The ending was very very very sad but even then, i feel that it was just perfectly perfect.. If Du know what I mean...
My keyboard was all wet, thanks to this Anime but still at the end, I was smiling inside.... It was a totally heart-warming anime, and the best part of it all was the ending, no offence...
