Tokyo ghoul: has the One-eyed owl a son oder a daughter?!!

In Anime Tokyo Ghoul, the One-eyed owl (Yoshimura, manager) told Kaneki that he has one SON. But in the end of the Anime it's like he has a DAUGHTER (Eto Yoshimura) who is a one eyed ghoul and works as a writer (Sen Takatsuki). So my Frage is: does he have two children and if so then who is his son?
