There are so many things I could say about why I thought SAO was a terrible show. The first 2-3 episodes are good, really good actually I was quite pulled in. Then it just goes straight downhill faster than a roller coaster. Enter in harem king Kirito, making every girl fall in Liebe with him including his own cousin/sister. Let's not forget about his OP moves and the fact that the once possible strong female character Asuna, end up not even appearing for half the series and when she does it's either to become one with Kirito oder to play damsel in distress. If Du were hoping for plot, better skip to about a quarter way in to the show, after the first episode it doesn't Zeigen about again for about another 7ish episodes. If you're still daring enough to keep with the Zeigen after all that, the Sekunde half of the show, well if the first half was a downhill roller coaster this half mise as well be so far underground you're halfway to China. But for the sake of spoilers I'm just gonna stop.
Long story short, I don't think it's a good Zeigen and I don't think Du should watch it. If you're looking for an Anime with a similar theme (trapped in a game) there are many other options. .hack/sign, Log Horizon, Accel World, BTOOOM; despite what people think SAO is not that original.
Try it if Du must, if anything because it's so popular; personally I think it's honestly one of the worst things I've ever seen. But to each their own way.
well because of the main character. He's cool in the beginning but he changes around the 4th episode and after that I just didn't like it anymore. There was just a different feeling to it.
Well that's my opinion since i'm a gamer and Liebe RPGs and MMORPGs and stuff. In my opinion. If the plot of that game came to life, it'd be a dream come true for people like me.
And don't listen to all the hate BS people are giving. It's an amazing Zeigen and I highly suggest it :)
