Seiryo from Tenchi Muyo! GXP (and Seina's unintentional rival as well as adversary) I now find to be quite a funny and amusing antagonist in the series

Kamui from Gintama X3 ~Cute, huge appetite and sorta dense when it comes to official affairs XD But this nincompoop is as deadly as they come... I mean he got slashed Von a sword, stabbed Von 3 poison arrows on the back and was still able to kill 20+ men with a smile on his face XD But yeah... I still find him funny and amusing X3
