Help me figure out an anime? :)

My friend is trying to figure out what the name of an Anime was that she watched as a child.
This is the only thing she remembered about it

"Yellow ground
Blue Sky
Boy and Girl
Trains
Jumping on and off Trains
in town
Boy walking away from Girl on yellow ground
Green bushes and walls in backround"

She sagte "Hmm well I can't remember the characters appearance, but I'm sure it was anime. I THINK the guy had dark colored hair and the girl was a dirty blonde. The guy may have been wearing a backpack "
