Comedy romance huh.. Well let's see I don't have alot but I think Du would really like Toradora, Vampire Knight, Chobits!! (: It's really good!! I also have other that's really good it's called Clannad;After Story but it's kind sad but I think Du would like it!! (:LOL And I have alot of other good anime's too like;

Comedy and Romance?
One of my Favoriten is Chobits.
Its quite a cute Anime and its funny
and romantic. ^-^ Sometimes I go
back and watch it because I miss watching
it. Its super adoarble, and I recommended
fully watching it! <3 It is dub and sub. :D
I prefer the dub because its funnier when I can understand it. :3 Enjoy ~ Dino

For the comedy/romance genre I would suggest:
Toradora
Fruits Basket
Clannad
Bokura Ga Ita (We were there)
The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya

Du should definitely watch Welcome to the NHK - Genre: Comedy, Romance, Slice of Life, Psychological.

It's in dub as Du like, it's not in parts, and it's in great quality. There's 24 episodes in total. It may take a little while to get past the "wtf" moments, but there's not many Anime I know that doesn't have "wtf" moments.

Anyway, I think Du will like it. Just give it a go. x'D
