Well I haven't read the Manga of D'Oro, but theres an Anime called Uta Pri that it basically the same think (seriously the guys's personalities are identical in every way >_>) except it focuses Mehr on becoming idols than just playing an instrument.

*Fruits Basket [completed]
*Boku wa Tomodachi ga Sukuni [ongoing.. but pretty dormant]
*Tokyo Mew Mew (and T.M.M A La Mode) [completed]
*Chibi Devi! [ongoing but dormant]
*The World God Only Knows [ongoing, updated]


All of those are pretty good~ I personally like Nisekoi! and SKET Dance as my Favorit Shonen, but I think my Favorit shojou is Hiyokoi (: Hope this helped~
