Yes I have,especially Lust-san's,Envy-kun's,Lieutenant Colonel Hughes',Nina and Alexander's (including the Chimera part T,T) in FMA/FMA Brotherhood,L-sama's in Death Note,Oh Does Kaede's welpe count from Elfen Lied?Aye. I usually am not good with Anime "passings",they usually make me bawl no matter who it is,whether I liked their personality oder what they did oder not,so yes I have and Many times!T.T

oh, crap..that was my answer too...... Ed & I reacted the same way. I was about to schlagen, punsch my computer's screen out once Ed figured out what happened.
I haven't wached all episodes of this Anime although I wanted because I know it is nice... well.. I remember this episode.. yeh.. I cryed ... poor girl..
"and though Du can't be here today....i,m glad Du were here yesterday....and i look vorwärts-, nach vorn to meeting Du again...in the future" i cried at shirley's death in code geass, and of course kanade's...and makoto's and ayu's in kanon

OMG!! I had never seen code geass before and I did'nt know any of the characters but I totally cried! T-T poor shirley!
Kyoko Honda in Fruits Basket, when they looked at her death in Bücher 20 and 23 I believe, from Kyo's point of view first and then from Kyoko's own point of view. It was sad to hear about Kyoko and Kyo's connection and how Kyo watched her die and didn't save her because of the curse. And then watching her death from her own eyes... it was sadder to see what went through her mind as she died.
And if it counts... *breaks down into a fit of tears* HetaOni was so SAAAAAAAAAAAAAAD!!!!!! First of all, basically everyone died AT LEAST ONCE. Sekunde of all, looking at the deaths of the first time loop and Italy's death in time loop two, I just broke. Even Fruits Basket with all of its emotion didn't make me cry as much as this pixel Chibi RPG video MAD series.
this Anime was terribly sad!! :( because Misuzu died.. and I wached the movie because I hoped it will have a happy end.. but .. the movie had the same end :((:(( and of course I cried..:(
Yes Deidara Before I did`t like him all that much so when he died It was like aw another Akatsuki member dead but after a while when I liked him even Mehr I watch it over again and it was hard to see him die TT^TT (I didn`t really cry but I felt like it)

its weird how most of the deaths here are the deaths of BAD GUYS
I cried when Hughes and Lust died in both Brotherhood and the original FMA i also cried when I thought Crona and Death the Kid died in Soul Eater but I was happy once they showed they were alive
Kiddo from Zatch Bell. Well he did'nt really die he just went back to the mamodo world but i wept like a baby. I didn't even expect that since the last time i cried over an Anime character's death was Lt. Hughes.
*EDIT* Ok i changed my answer i completely broke down when Hughes died (FMA) & also when Ushio died (Calnnad)

I remember that death I was like NNNNNNNNOOOOOOOOOOOO! Why Kido?! why Dr. Riddles?! they were an awsome team
I also cried when L died. I cried really hard. XD I even stopped wtaching the Anime for a little after that. Then finished it because it was to good to just quit watching it! On the other hand, when Light died....I smiled.
Madam Red (Black Butler) - Even though she did try to kill Ciel..I cried really hard at her funeral. Lust - This made me really sad. She was the best! Maes Hughes - This just wasn't fair. He had a daughter and a wife! His funeral scene made me cry SO hard..especially the part with Elicia. :'(
YES with Maes Hughes twice i was like "why two times it was bad one time" and when i found out that jiraiya died i cried like a baby along with hinata and every other Anime character i watch but light i was happy when light died
